Shipton Mill
We bake fresh bread twice daily using the finest organic flour from Shipton Mill in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. The Mill was founded in 1979 (although the site itself appears in the Doomsbay Book of 1086) and they are passionate about promoting biodiversity and using only renewable energy sources.
Aubrey Allen
All our meat is sourced by Aubrey Allen, The Chef’s Butcher, a family business established in 1933 who provide the best sustainable meat from gate to plate and whose reputation has been built on an uncompromising commitment to provenance, fair trade with farmers and especially sourcing the finest meat.
Blythburgh Farm
We use Jimmy Butler’s Blythburgh Farm in Suffolk for all our pork, they are a family business who specialise in free range, outdoor reared pigs and are seriously passionate about welfare.
Creedy Carver
Ducks are free range Creedy Carver from Merrifield Farm in Crediton, Devon founded in1985 by Peter and Sue Coleman which is still very much a family run business with welfare and finest quality being paramount.
Water Ross
We use Wester Ross in the Highlands of Scotland for our salmon whose time honoured, traditional hand-rearing practices result in premium, artisan salmon with exceptional taste. Wester Ross Salmon are RSPCA assured and pride themselves on exceptional husbandry and sustainability.
Lindisfarne Oysters
Oysters are grown on the seashore within the Lindisfarne National Nature Reserve in Northumberland by Lindisfarne Oysters, a family run business specialising in high quality pacific oysters (Crassostrea Gigas) where the oyster beds were established by the Monks of Lindisfarne Priory in 1381 when the Monks bought an oyster filled boat from a Scotsman for 100 shillings.
Keltic Seafare
Shellfish is supplied by Keltic Seafare who specialise in top quality live shellfish such as hand-dived scallops, langoustines and lobsters all sourced from the crystal clear ‘Class A’ waters off the North-West Highland Coast of Scotland.
Dennis Crooks
All other fish is from Dennis Crooks in Whitby, a fantastic family owned and run business with traditional values and a true labour of love.
Ivy House Farm
Dairy produce is from Ivy House Farm in Somerset, a fully certified organic farm and a true family business established in 1982 by Geoff and Kim Bowles which is home to 120 jersey cows all born and raised on the farm and each live a long and happy life to produce wonderful organic dairy produce.
CackleBean Farm
Eggs are Arlington Whites from CackleBean Farm nestled at the foot of a hill just outside Stow-on-the-Wold and founded by Paddy and Steph Bourns, their rare breed flocks are entirely free range and live in traditional chicken houses on 12 acres of land, with lots of perches, they have a very happy life on the farm and are free to roam safely, welfare is something Paddy and Steph are very passionate about.
Lovejoys
Fruit and vegetables are from Lovejoys in Melksham, specialists in sourcing and supplying high-quality fresh local produce with minimal food miles, they have a sustainable environmental approach with excellent partnerships with growers and producers in the local area, some of whom grow crops especially for them.
Gritchie Brewing Company
Gritchie Brewing Company in Wiltshire are dedicated to brewing beer using traditional methods, using homegrown Maris Otter malt barley harvested from their fields and specially-selected hops, blended with classic varieties and new breeds to help shape their beer’s flavour, the team are passionate about ensuring the beer in your glass is as fresh and tasty as if you were drinking it inside the brewery.

Established in 1990, Otter Brewery produce its award-winning range of beers from a farmhouse location in the heart of Devon’s Blackdown Hills between Honiton and Taunton, with over five generations of brewers in the family, Otter Brewery is without a doubt a labour of love and they are very proud to be family run, selecting the best quality ingredients and are passionate about being environmentally friendly.

First generation cider makers at Iford in Bradford on Avon with values, soul, ethics and a genuine passion to make cider the way we all thought it was made…….fresh juice, wild fermented with no weird stuff.
Scout & Sage
Established in 2016, Scout & Sage are a small batch distillery on what was an old fruit farm in the lovely village of Semington in Wiltshire where they use a traditional handmade copper pot still called Maud to produce delightful gins and have collaborated with us to produce two cracking small batches of limited-edition Longs Arms gin.
