We bake our bread daily using Matthews in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

The Spelt that we use is from Shipton Mill, Gloucestershire.

Our meat is from Aubrey Allen – Ethical, welfare friendly, traceable and fair trade meat supplier with a Royal Warrant.

Pork is from Blythburgh Pork, St Margaret’s Farm, Suffolk – Specialising in free range, outdoor reared pork.

Buttle Farm in Caln – Specialising in pedigree rare breeds.

Our fruit and vegetables are from Lovejoys, Melksham

Our dairy produce is from Ivy House Farm, Beckington.
